Our hose restraints contain the whipping from high pressure hose failure, significantly reducing the risk of workplace injury. Handwoven by our specialist team, our restraints are used all over the globe in mining, oil and gas, high pressure water jetting, defence, agriculture and construction.
More grip, more safety.
We manufacture stocking type hose restraints with a woven helical design. The plait configuration has more surface contact with the hose, providing optimal grip and safety.
Meet standard workplace safety needs with a two-eye hose restraint. Protect the hose at the coupling point and prevent whipping should the hose become detached from the fitting.
For even more coverage, use a four-eye hose restraint to protect the hose from end to end. The restraint will prevent whipping should the hose fail at any point.
Our Korean 7x7 G2070 high tensile galvanized steel hose restraints are ideal for any application that does not have long term exposure to a corrosive (marine) environment.
The flexibility of the wire means it handles easily and is ideal for hose restraints.
316 stainless steel wire rope is particularly robust. Our stainless-steel hose restraints are ideal for the oil and gas industry.
Strong, lightweight and durable, Kevlar® hose restraints do not have the metallic fraying as traditional grips do thereby eliminating the chance of being injured from metallic strands. They are ideal for the water jetting and marine Industry.
|Thimbles and Ferrules||
All thimbles and ferrules used for steel hose restraints are made of 316 stainless steel. For Kevlar products clear tubing is used in place of a thimble . Heat shrink is applied in the place of ferrules to the end of the Kevlar restraints to finish off the product.
Copper ferrules can be provided if required and hose restraints can be manufactured 'upside-down' to eliminate the need for ferrules.
