Two-Eye Hose Restraints
These lengths are determined as per the Two-Eye Hose Restraint Specification Chart below.
Four-Eye Hose Restraints
All these lengths are variable to suit the hose to be covered. Generally the eye lengths are 300mm each and the grip length altered to make up the required overall length.
When ordering a four-eye hose restraint it is very important to supply the correct size: if it is too big it won’t hold the hose effectively in the event of a hose failure and if it is too short you won’t be able to secure it.
You will need to provide us with the Outside Diameter of the hose (OD) as well as the total length – shackle point to shackle point. The Legs (referred to as Eye Length) of a four-eye hose restraint are a standard length (although they can be modified to your requirements) – we will determine the grip length from your order.
